Any of the spark plugs that have a red or yellow label could lead to engine failure both starting in idle or when driving, make sure none of your spark plugs have one of the conditions as it won’t start or run. If it manages to start or run it will damage your engine.
In your post of you picking up your car it looks like the engine was open? I don’t know if it was sitting for a year with the engine cover off, but if it was check for rust in the engine.
